UPDATE: Per fire personnel and a tree removal company, power lines are down, but no fire has started at this time. Access is by foot only due to road blockage.
November 29, 2016 at 12:15 PM: Fire personnel are responding to a report of power lines down starting a fire on Acorn Way in West Point.
PG&E is being notified of downed lines. This is near Parsons Way.
