Mr. Ironworker Tofanelli changed his mind. Mills changed his mind. Clapp steered straight and true to his campaign promises to his constituents.
Early on there was a vote on extending the urgency ordinance, 3-2 vote of NO! That killed the urgency ordinance extension. So did they legally continue? Especially, when Tofanelli made his motion which was not on the agenda to be heard. They took a break (back room deal) to discuss Tofanelli's issue, it was not a noticed closed session The only one not breaking the law was Mr. Clapp. By the way, was County Counsel was involved in this debacle?
So far, I see only one honest person on the board!
Far less than 50+1% of the votes went to Mr. Clapp, by comparison he had less votes than who voted no recall. Mr. Clapp only cares about himself ask his renters and business associates,
Ah, and what do Mr. Clapp's renters have to say? With rental properties is a rental agreement. Did the renters' violate the agreement? Name his business associates and I will ask them, what the problem is? As far as the votes go, Mr. Clapp won, didn't he?
Provide the information, please or provide who you supported?

Anonymous (stupid), yes, Mr. Clapp does care about his constituents. After all, they elected him to represent them.
