Ex-City manager makes Liability Claim against City of Angels Camp???

   We just learned that the ex-City Manager, McHatten, has filed a claim against the City he worked for and was re-contracted with around 5 times. We found him impossible to work with as a taxpayer or journalist.  It is agendized for Closed Session on February 7, 2017's meeting.

   The claim is of LIABILITY. We knew something has been screwed up down there for a long time, but they are so secretive, failing to allow the press to get the facts straight, so who knows. McHatten did leave in a hurry, and without explanation or a future job listed at the beginning of the year.
