Deciding to change the channel at half time of the Superbowl game yesterday was a common response to the Falcons
scoring 21 points, making the Patriots look bad.
By late in the 3rd quarter, however, Brady and his bunch from New England were putting points up on the scoreboard.
Still most didn't believe they had a chance to actually come back and win it. Neither did the Falcons. But with 2 conversions for 2 points each, they tied the game in the last two minutes, sending it into overtime.
In the first overtime EVER in Superbowl history, the Pats won the toss, chose to receive and marched the ball down the field.
With one miraculous catch and barely nudging the ball over the goal line, the New England Patriots won their 5th Superbowl title. It was pretty amazing. Almost as good as if it had been Joe Montana and the 49ers.
