Supervisor Mills is the tea party wacko Trumpster who wants to meet in Closed Session, regardless of the Brown Act to discuss putting forth a BAN immediately, instead. The things we hear people tell us about Mills is not positive at all. He and his wife RUN the Tea Party in Calaveras.

Wow, Calaveras will be a stinky place with all the illegal and legal growers. I can't wait to hear the story from the SS when water becomes contaminated and undrinkable. I wonder what Governor Brown will do?
That's a funny one. If the stinky cows who poop all over our land and into the rivers don't pollute beyond drinking, cannabis will do nothing to harm it.
