On the Calaveras Supervisors agenda on Tuesday April 11, 2017 is item 20, which Bill Magladry
and District 3 Michael Oliveira (the worst Supervisor in the history of the county) have insisted, wrote a letter to go back to torturing animals with hunting dogs!
Magladry is the chair of the Fish and Game Commission in Calaveras. He should NOT be allowed to serve in such a place, is our opinion. But, perhaps we know too much about him personally!
It figures, since we are familiar with the cowardly hunters spoken of here, that they are afraid to go out into the woods alone!
Shameful of Oliveira to even consider it! Is this a new bill coming from the State of California?? Hopefully Brown still agrees with the majority of Californians t2hat using dogs to torture innocent wild animals is reprehensible and will VETO it!
RECALL Oliveira!! Disgusting man with disgusting lack of honor and values of any kind!!
The SierraSentinel.com wants to know if the Calaveras Democratic Party is writing a letter condemning the practice, and against restarting it. We have sent an email to them and are awaiting a response.
The public should press the Democrats to actively fight this horrendous torture of innocent animals!!

Rumor is that some dog raiser in copper has been lobbying magladry and ollivera to help him make money on dogs. sick, isn't it?
I went to read this. Oliveria says he wants to make money off of dogs torturing innocent mammals. He signed the letter.
Hey, that magladry guy makes his money off of hunting down poor innocent creatures. He told me that. He should not be on F&G. Conflict of interest. Who's the Supe in that area.
You want to hear about the last hours of this beautiful creature's life; being chased and bitten and chased and bitten by those horrid dogs until nearly unconscious, he most likely climbed a tree to try and escape as a last resort, only to be wounded by the lazy cowardly creep hunter, who is laughing and laughing. Once wounded, the dogs eat at him until he dies. Is this hunting thing really a SPORT? NO< it is not! That poor bear, who never harmed anyone, did not deserve that. Let's have a hunting season for those lazy worthless, cowardly hunters. They don't get to have the guns or dogs this time.
Since the state has allowed SPI to clear-cut, more of the poor bears have been forced into areas with people. They're pretty well starving and harmless.
Bears used to knock on Merita Callaway's neighbor's back doors. Buy bear spray, it works and doesn't harm the bears.
I hunt bear. My coon hounds can smell them from a mile away. They hate my hounds and run and hide up a tree. This is like shooting fish in a barrel. I just drop them right from the tree. They have awful stinky fur but their meat is the right kind of flavor once you get past the grease.
