Looks like the comment regarding a CSAC representative about Calaveras County being dysfunctional is spot on. Goes back many years, but look at that fine specimen of a bos member: Tom Tryon, he was a county representative to CSAC. Never really heard much about CSAC from Tryon, the libertarian, unless he wanted to share.
Staff dragging their feet, how long has the General Plan been in play? Staff gets paid whether they complete or do not complete the assignments. Wake up, Garamendi and Oliveira or are you both contemplating a higher government office? Chairman Oliveria, when someone in the peanut gallery calls point of order, request they come to the podium, stop being, stupid!
It would be interesting to know what is going on behind the scenes, regarding staff, work load and supervisor's request being put on the agenda.
