FBI Comey says most under investigation are native born

   FBI's Comey came to the Senate to testify about the Russians and Trump and the election this morning.

   He would not rule out that Trump is under investigation as well.  He also indicated that most under investigation in the US for terrorist threats are native born citizens, not foreigners.
