    If you move into a place where the male neighbor doesn't work and seems way too friendly, look out.

   If you reject and reject him and he gets mad; harassing, even stalking, even trying to get a job near you, you've got a definite crazy ass Neighbor from Hell!!  Lookout!  The cops do not help!!!
