Caltrans plans to open Hwy 4 Ebbetts Pass today at 1 PM, after a long winter snow was cleared.Now people can travel over the pass to get to Lake Tahoe, Reno, etc. Hooray!! Thank you, Caltrans!
This is the latest opening in recorded history for this 8000' mountain pass!
