The Great Calaveras Cannabis Ban and Tea Party Tax -- Supes want more METH druggie

Come on fellas. Let's go get some Meth
and then get drunk!!!! 

     Calaveras Supervisors (squeak, squeak) Tofanelli, Clapp and Mills will create and pass The Great Calaveras Cannabis Ban and to enforce it, will eliminate most of the Planning Department (who they despise) and close the Libraries (Mills says no one uses them anyway).

   But they need more, millions in fact, to enforce their Great Ban!  The new Tea Party Tax will be enacted by these three a quickly as possible.   They are like three rats in a box!!

   We can hear them shouting now:  "We WANT More METH druggies"  We Want more meth druggies in Calaveras!!  No cannabis, just METH!"
