One member of the public got up and made public that some right wing minister was outside the Calaveras Supervisors meeting, PRAYING with the Tea Party. HUH???According to this person, the minister says there is a MANDATE from HEAVEN to ban cannabis!! How many nut cases are there is this county??? Scary!!!
