According to Angel Camp Police, a tip by a Calaveras County animal services employee has led to the return of two of the three missing dogs, feared killed by Pet Bath employees.A third person of interest in the dog abuse case is 42 year old resident Michael Rutt, an AB109 early release prisoner from the State.
