McCormick Seasonings buys British company

     McCormick and Company has reported it will buy the food business of British consumer goods conglomerate Reckitt Benckiser Group for $ 4.2 billion.

  It will integrate RB Foods into its business and retain the brand names of French's and Cattlemans.
