Philip Douglas Hilmanofski passed away in Sonora on July 19, 2017 at the age of 90.Born on May 2, 1927 in North Hudson, Wisconsin, Phil was a Merchant Marine and owner /operator of a tree trimming company for 27 year and a resident of Calaveras County for 57 years.
Phil is survived by his son Phil Hilmanofski, Jr. of Angels Camp, step-daughter Nancy Gray of Petaluma, sister Phoebe Meyers of Gridley, 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
No services will be planned at this time per his request.
