July 4, 2017 at 1:45 PM: CHP is at the scene of a traffic collision on Milton Road near Hwy 4 in the Milton area. An older gray Ford went off the roadway and into a barbed wire fence.
An ambulance is en route to the scene. Be cautious if headed that way
