On August 23, 2017 around 9:30 PM a man was reportedly walking a cow carrying a headlight at Main Street and Hwy 4 in Douglas Flat.
The Calaveras Sheriff took no report. You are allowed to walk your cow down the roadway if you wish, especially if you have a headlight!!
