On September 7, 2017 per the Calaveras Sheriff's Office, detectives served a search warrant at two locations in Modesto and Oakdale in connection with 4 boats stolen at Lake Tulloch.Justin Labass (29) of Oakdale was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Grand Theft, Burglary, Ammunition and Possession of Stolen Property.
