Humans--the most VILE animal on EARTH!!

The Dallas Marshall's Office is looking for the man in this photo,
shown abandoning this little dog on the side of the road. Fortunately,
he was rescued and will find a new home.  Yes, humans are the
most VILE creatures on this earth!!!  Calaveras County
has some of them!!!
