After all the ruckus at the beginning of the 2017 calendar year over the new timing clock on the wall in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, you would think Chair Oliveira would be more careful of how he spends our tax money.
But NO, now he has gone a bought yet another timing device, aimed at keeping the public from speaking longer that 5 minutes-- and who knows how much they paid for this one!! It sits and bings at the person who is at the podium, but not at the mouthy Supervisors!!
