Tetra Tech billed Calaveras for air fare to and from FLORIDA???

  Supervisor Tofanelli brought out this fact during the September 12, 2017  hearing for the contract for removal of dead trees.

  Tofanelli mentioned several facts, including $4000 per diem for local arborist. Was it really a local arborist??? HMMMMMM.....
