September 5, 2017 at 6:15 AM: A traffic collision is blocking lanes on Hwy 4 between Red Hill Road and 6 Mile Road outside Angels Camp.
Debris is all over the roadway. An ambulance and tow truck are en route. Be cautious if headed in that direction.
