Very commonly done among men in business and government, when a woman complains, they do everything they can to 'shame' them.
Whether its Trump today with Gillibrand or a utility company or government management employee, its done to 'SHUT THEM UP'!!!
Good for Gillibrand and others for standing up to these scums. There are some right here in Calaveras County too. Their way of handling women who complain!! Corruption at the top to get rid of complaints they do NOT want to handle or put on the books.
