We just received official notification from the City of Angels Camp that Melissa Eads, touted by the city as a Bret Harte High School graduate,will take over as City Administrator.
Eads had worked for COG and most recently was working for San Joaquin County. We do not see any degrees in her education, just that she has a strong work ethic. Good luck!!
We are told that she is closely related to Tom Tryon, who has been rumored to push for her to get work.
Mary Kelly, forced out after the scandal she was involved in with the last City Administrator,
announced that she is retiring. So sad!!!
The Grand Jury investigated and felt it was so bad at the City that they should give up its charter.
