Big rig dropped item, shattered vehicle's windshield

   January 29, 2018 at 12:10 PM:  A big rig dropped something on Hwy 26 near Baldwin in Valley Springs. It struck the windshield of the car following and shattered it.

   CHP and a tow truck are responding. No injuries have been indicated.
