January 29, 2018 at 4:40 AM: A garbage truck has reportedly struck a cow on Hwy 12 near Briskee Hill. outside San Andreas.
The injured cow was killed (they call it dispatched) by authorities after an hour and a half, and the owner notified. No humans were injured.
