Gun violence claimed 33,000 lives in 2017, and more occur every year. The problem is that the NRA and their Republican Congressmen, (bought and paid for) block any funding of how to prevent more gun violence and also collecting necessary data.The government studies ways to help reduce motor vehicle deaths and deaths from cancer, but NOT gun violence. Does this bother you??? Or do you think every single person over 3 should carry a
gun, like they do????

Very simple solution: Cut the hands off those people convicted of crimes with use of guns, one hand for the first offense, second hand for the second offense. No replacement allowed.
