UPDATE: The fire department is trying to extricate the injured person.
February 16, 2018 at 8:30 AM: They are just clearing the last collision in Pioneer and another one has occurred at Hwy 88 and Mace Drive.
A helicopter is responding due to major injuries. Two CHP are at the scene.
