UPDATE: The three Supervisors left to vote, after taking yet another recess, voted against the grower. We believe that County Counsel knew if they admit they were wrong they would be sued for all the losses, crop, damage to property, etc. after the illegal bust that Mills and DiBasilio did on them.
Oliveira actually suggested they can now sue the County for their damages.
UPDATE: The defense attorney filed a complaint about County Counsel both advising her Board of Supervisors and in addition, the prosecution.
UPDATE: Mills came back in and recused himself from the vote on this appeal.
Before the February 20, 2018 hearing regarding the appeal of the cannabis grow at the old San Andreas Airport could begin, Supervisor Clapp recused himself.
Then Mills, who we understand was actually PRESENT with the Sheriff's office during the illegal bust, asked to meet with County Counsel before the hearing. They took a break. Who says Stretfieldt doesn't give attorney advice to these horrid Supervisors?

How many lawsuits do they want on each grow???
MILLS was at the raid, not the office. He is not supposed to be anywhere near police activities regarding raids or arrests. We have picture of him at the raid and by the way, why was he there and who invited him to ruin the guys warehouse.
How many lawsuits are ongoing regarding cannabis business? Can you list them?
I heard Jeff Sessions is coming to Calaveras with a federal task force. Don't be transporting on federally funded highways.

What happens of Trump pulls ICE out of California?
When he gets here, be sure to stand on a federal highway waving a bouquet of the stinky marijuana plant at him.
