The Calaveras Supervisor have yet to officially vote, but have taken a lengthy Closed Session, requested by Supervisor Oliveira
in order for Supervisor Clapp to review the meeting.
Chair Tofanelli asked Clapp if he reviewed the video and he said he did. No motion was made to put anything on the ballot in May. Now Tofanelli doesn't know what to do.
Therefore the item dies for lack of a motion. Another day wasted in Calaveras County. We have a feeling this is not over. If Mills, Clapp and or Tofanelli are recalled or lose the election, we have a feeling it will be back before us.
