Trump and kneel during the national anthem, has been honored for his courage once again.
Amnesty International has awarded Kaepernick their Ambassador of Conscience Award for his kneeling protest against treatment of blacks, which cost him his job.
In his acceptance speech, Kaepernick described the police killings of African Americans and Latinos in the U.S. as "lawful lynching".
"Racialized oppression and dehumanization is woven into the very fabric of our nation -- the effects of which can be seen in the lawful lynching of black and brown people by the police, and the mass incarceration of black and brown lives in the prison industrial complex," said Kaepernick.
