April 25, 2018 at 7 AM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 at the top of the Utica Grade above Murphys. It isn't yet known if there are injuries.
CHP is still dealing with a car stuck in the middle of the roadway after a collision half way down the grade. CHP is en route to both collisions. Be careful until cleared.
