Member of Public hints Mills, Clapp and Tofanelli can't get it up!!

   Surprisingly, a member of the public came to the podium to speak on abuse of women, and compared it to abuse of animals, and on down to elected officials needing power.

   She stated that it has to do with their inability to get an erection and they therefore seek power in other ways.

   She indicated that Tofanelli, Mills and Crapp, cannot get an erection and associate it with their treatment of Supervisor Garamendi at the beginning of the year, when they conspired to cheat him of the Chairmanship of the Calaveras Board of Supervisor.
