Traffic hazard on Hwy 4

   May 28, 2018 at 4 PM:  A traffic hazard of some type has been reported on Hwy 4 at Highland Lakes Road between Lake Alpine and Markleeville.

   If possible, avoid the area, as the road is narrow, until CHP can clear the hazard.
