On June 23, 2018 around 1:15 AM CHP arrested Robert Allen Williams (35) of Dorrington on Meadowview Road in Arnold.
Williams was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Vehicle Theft, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle or Vessel and Violation of Parole by a Felon, all felonies.
