David Sanders, the Calaveras Court Commissioner, has been appointed as the new Superior Court Judge in the county by
Governor Brown.
A concerted effort was made by many of us to make certain that an attorney, Foley, who tried to change his voter registration to Democrat in order to get the appointment, was blocked.
We understand a large number of residents and elected officials made Brown aware of the extremist right wing leanings of. lawyer Foley, to whom Brown apparently listened.
Thank you Governor Brown and residents! The Sierra Sentinel had even been informed of Foley's apparent ties to a racist dirty cop in the past?
