After the absolute chaos and terror on Love Creek Road today due to an escaped debrisburn, CalFire needs to realize that it is time to BAN all burning.
Helicopters, bulldozers, water tenders and engines from everywhere, descended on the Love Creek area of Avery this afternoon, stopping this fire at about an acre or so.
We hear reports every day from residents who see people who appear to be nuts who LOVE fires, burning and burning and burning, no one even knows what!
One person told us there are FIREBUGS out there, and if allowed, will burn down Ebbetts Pass. Time to stop it is NOW, CalFire!! Report ALL debris fires you see to 911. There is no safe place to burn now!
