What is the richest City in the U.S.?

   Close to home, the richest City in the United States is in the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, of course.

     Anyone who has every lived in that area knows why. They have City Councils who have taken advantage of the large tech companies to give their residents a better life.

   The median household income in $110,040, and 22% earn more than $200,000. Over 50% have at least a bachelor's degree, and the March unemployment rate was only 2.7%.

   This is the San Jose metro area, including Santa Clara (home of the Niners), Sunnyvale.

    It is by far the wealthiest metro area in the country.  And can you remember when it was all orchards and farms back in the early 70's?  Amazing!
