UPDATE at 10:12 AM: Progress is being made in controlling a grass fire at Hwy 4 and Red Hill Road.
July 30, 2018 at 9:55 AM: A grass fire has been reported on Hwy 4 at Red Hill Road in Vallecito, near the dump.
Several engines and fire personnel, including air, are responding.
