As you most likely know from your GOOGLE illustration this morning, it was 51 years ago today the first Mister. Rogers Neighborhood TV show was filmed.
Influencing children and adults for generations, we could use him now more than ever.

My daughter didn't like Mr. Rogers program. It seemed to be too slow and demeaning. She liked the other two programs for children that were airing during the day.

How sad. Mr. Rogers didn't hype kids up like some others. Too much hyper activity on tv as it is.
