From the photos taken by USDA this year, the cannabis grow at 150 Acorn Way in West Point was not hiding, was clean, organized and fenced in what appears to be a legal grow.
Easy pickings, of course, since this Sheriff only goes after those with legal permits, charging anyone present with misdemeanor grows of over 6 plants.
Then he throws them together and files CONSPIRACY to grow cannabis charges at them. So insane what our Sheriff is doing, and taking the cannabis license money to do it. Sure beats working, gang!
It appears they were trying to get harvested to at least make some of the money back the county cheated them out of. Another lawsuit likely?????
