UPDATE: Minor injuries resulted from this collision. The deer wasn't so lucky. Buy deer warning whistles and put them on your front bumpers.
September 18, 2018 at 1:05 PM: A vehicle collision has been reported on Hwy 4 at Upper Moran Road in Arnold where a vehicle struck a deer.
Emergency personnel are responding to the scene. Car had been seen speeding. Driver very upset that deer may be under her vehicle.
