UPDATE at 2:50 PM: Fire is holding at 1 acre so far. Allowing vehicle traffic to Woodland so that school buses can get students out of the area. This is being referred to as the Penn IC.
September 20, 2018 at 2:25 PM: Pennsylvania Gulch Road has been closed down at Hwy 4 due to the fire . Ordered a second water tender to replace
No known time for re-opening. Stay away from the area. One water tender is having mechanical problems and is currently blocking the roadway.
