Mr. Oliveira and DiBasilio insist that they have solved and ended crime in the Ebbetts Pass area.
Why, then are we hearing of more vehicle thefts, along with other crimes?

Dibasilio is busy doing things that will get him a photo op. Like hiring a bunch of non-qualified people! And then putting on a big display even though he started them without passing background investigations or psych evaluations! Spending department money so he can try to look good for the election. Shameful.
