We recently learned that Calaveras District 3 candidate Oliveira has taken money from SPI, much detested for their clear-cutting damage to Ebbetts Pass.He took $950 this quarter from SPI. He supports the clear-cutting of our mountain, unfortunately.
Gary Steven, candidate for Calaveras Sheriff and Merita have the most financial support of all the candidates on November 6, 2018.
In fact they lead the others by several thousand dollars in contributions.
