UPDATE: Both lanes of Hwy 12 are currently blocked.
January 29, 2019 at 10:20 AM: A car reportedly left Hwy 12 and struck the bank near Toyon
Circle and Toyon Middle School.
Traffic is blocked. An ambulance is responding to the scene, along with a tow truck.
