Speaker Nancy Pelosi received a letter this morning from Trump in whichhe states that he intends to be in the House Chambers on Tuesday to give his SOU speech no matter what the Speaker says.
The House and the Senate both have to vote on the Resolution approving it, so we'll see what
happens.
