On February 21, 2019 Calaveras Sheriff Deputies arrested John Berkeley Westfall (47) of West Point near his residence on Pine Cone Lane.
Westfall was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a Deadly Weapon, not a Firearm and was later released.
