Most people feel they were scammed by a proposition that passed overwhelmingly to
what they believed would finally end Daylight Savings Time.
Instead, this new law says that we change "Spring Forward" tonight and stay that way forever unless the California State legislators change it.
The proposition was fraught with intentional falsehoods, or at least the most misleading statements
at the time it passed. Why? Who put it forward?

Not a scam. Assembly Bill 7 is going through the California state legislature right now - it is the next step in stopping California's clock-changing. Then California will submit it to the U.S. Congress who will need to approve it - so it is going through procedure now. We knew this when we voted on it.
