April 27, 2019 at 10:25 AM: A Subaru has reportedly struck a deer on Railroad Flat Roadat Mountain Ranch Road in Mountain Ranch.
The driver is apparently uninjured, but the car needs a tow truck. Warning whistles on the bumper might have prevented this collision.
